Hong Qixuan 洪琦軒

洪琦軒，1970年生於台灣台中，畢業於僑泰工商美工科立體組。他的作品優雅、璞質、簡約，有種令人驚艷的氣質，在紛擾世界的某處，寧靜地散發著獨特的光芒；這光芒源於他深厚的東方文化底蘊，也反映了他所追求的陶瓷新美學。結合陶土與釉藥，創造繪畫性的藝術新境，喚醒觀者從作品中經驗到的共同美感記憶，是他在尋求藝術突破時的不變堅持。

 

Hong Qixuan, born in 1970 in Taichung, Taiwan, graduated from the Department of Art and Crafts at Chiao Tai High School. Elegant, pure, and simple could best describe his works at which people are amazed greatly and which shine quietly somewhere in the clamorous world. The light comes from his deep study on the eastern culture and so reflects his pursuing on the new aesthetics for ceramics. He combines clay and glaze to create a new field for painting so that to evoke audience common experience for beauty whenever making a breakthrough.
